There is little reliable data on GHB/GBL use in Switzerland. However, these substances are commonly used in sexual and party settings, raising important questions for people who use them, their social circles, professionals, and party organizers. What might harm reduction for GHB/GBL look like in a party setting? What personal resources, strategies, and knowledge are needed for safer and more responsible use? And what responsibilities do party organizers have when it comes to supporting people who use these substances?
