The legal advice service of the Swiss AIDS Federation supports you free of charge and confidentially with all questions related to HIV and the law. You can get in touch by phone or in writing – whether it’s about labor law, data protection, insurance, patient rights, social security, travel, or criminal law. Family members and other interested individuals can also seek advice.
