Pride 2025

We celebrated you. We celebrated ourselves. Happy Pride!

Checkpoint tent

On 20. – 21 June 2025, the Zurich Pride Festival took place again on the Landiwiese and we were represented with a large tent on the festival grounds. We offered free HIV tests on both festival days.

Our presence at the festival site enabled us to reach the largest possible target group and facilitate access to testing. Our employees, drag queens and friends of the checkpoint were on site to provide support and information. Our team was on hand to answer questions.
Many thanks to everyone who came along and got tested anonymously and free of charge.

Meraki

The Kaboom

On Saturday, 21 June, Pride sent out a strong signal for diversity, equality and visibility with a colourful demonstration procession through the centre of Zurich. The parade started in the early afternoon.

A musical highlight awaited you on our float: Meraki and The Kaboom got the crowd dancing with their energetic sets. From driving beats to queer anthems – the atmosphere was guaranteed!
Many thanks to everyone who came along, showed their colours and celebrated diversity with us! Whether with friends, family or simply out of conviction – everyone was welcome. Together, we made Pride an unforgettable experience.

40 years SeGZ

To mark our 40th anniversary, we invited you to immerse yourself in the eventful history of sexual health in Zurich. The exhibition impressively showed how prevention, education and community work have developed since the 1980s – from the beginnings of the HIV crisis to today’s sexual health, diversity and empowerment programmes.

Visitors were able to discover exciting milestones and personal stories, learn more about queer healthcare then and now and be inspired by 40 years of commitment, solidarity and visibility.
Together, we celebrated the past, present and future of sexual health in Zurich – thank you for visiting!

Climate activist Tadzio Müller from Berlin spoke to us about queer perspectives on the climate crisis, resistance and resilience.

The focus was on the particular challenges and strengths of queer communities in dealing with climate and health crises.

The event was followed by an aperitif.
