Please make an appointment with our doctors for initial vaccinations or vaccination clarifications.

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the costs will be charged.
In the event of delays, we cannot guarantee that your appointment will take place. Please arrive 10 minutes in advance and register at reception.

We are currently only available by telephone on a limited basis. Please request a call-back rather than phoning us. If you are experiencing severe symptoms or are in an HIV emergency situation (PEP), please come in straight away during our opening hours.
