What we offer

Generous holiday arrangements:

6 weeks, from age 50 onwards 7 week

Attractive pension plans and social insurance:

• 60% employer contribution (legal minimum is 50%)
• Contribution rate higher than legally required
• Coordination deduction based on employment level (especially advantageous for part-time)

Professional development:

• Therapeutic staff: CHF 3,500 per year + 2 weeks of working time (pro rata)
• Additionally up to 5 hours per week including interdisciplinary exchange
• Non-therapeutic staff: Support as needed, both time and financial

Paid breaks:

15 minutes per half-day

Working hours:

41-hour week (physicians 45 hours)

lexible part-time models & home office:

up to 50% possible

No night shifts
Family:

Maternity leave & second parent leave each 2 weeks above the legal minimum, at full pay

Insurance:

Full coverage of daily sickness allowance premiums, additional accident insurance
